Laura Lumachi counselling for south west london

I am Laura Lumachi Hunton, a qualified and experienced counsellor, offering one-to-one integrative counselling to individuals. I provide both short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy.

 

In many circumstances it is natural to feel overwhelmed, or confused, or unable to turn to family or friends. As a professional, experienced counsellor I provide a confidential environment where a supportive, non-judgmental relationship can develop. Within this environment, issues can be brought to light and explored together.

Clients who seek help from counselling with me include:

  • people who've suffered crises, either recent or with a clear origin, such as bereavement, job loss, trauma, illness
  • people undergoing more persistent difficulties arising from a less clear origin, such as relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, insomnia
  • people who want to understand themselves better, to identify patterns in their lives and who want to use this awareness to unlock their potential and to have better control over their future
  • people who are training to become counsellors themselves and need to be in personal counselling
